💬 Apply via WhatsApp"Before this training, the Department kept rejecting my paperwork. Now I know exactly what to do and my crèche is finally registered properly. Thank you, Mawe!"
"I was scared I wouldn't understand because my English isn't perfect. But the training was explained in a way I could follow. I learned so much about keeping children safe and teaching them properly."
"The best part? Practicing in a real crèche. I learned how to handle different situations with children, not just from a book."
With over 30 years in early childhood development, Ntladitse has worked in various ECD settings across Soweto. She holds advanced qualifications in ECD and has trained hundreds of practitioners.
“Good ECD practitioners aren’t just trained — they are nurtured, encouraged, and given tools they can truly use.”
But more than her credentials, Ntladitse understands the heart of a person who works with children. She knows that good ECD teachers aren't just made in classrooms — they are supported in real environments.
Her passion is seeing township crèches gain the recognition and professionalism they deserve, one trained practitioner at a time.

Building Professional ECD Centres in Soweto
Dimpho Tsarona was born from a simple truth: township crèches are filled with people who deeply love children but often lack the formal training and support to meet professional standards.
Our founder, Ntladitse Machake, has spent over 30 years in early childhood development. She's seen talented, caring women struggle with paperwork, worry about inspections, and feel inadequate because they didn't have access to proper training.
She started Dimpho Tsarona to change that story.
We exist to transform township ECD centres into accredited, professional institutions where children receive quality care and education. We believe that with the right skills and support, every crèche owner and teacher can create an environment where children thrive.
We understand township realities. We know you're working with limited resources. We know English might not be your first language. We know you're juggling children, paperwork, and inspections. Our training addresses your real challenges, not textbook theory.
With over 30 years in early childhood development, Mawe (as students call her) has worked in various ECD settings across Soweto. She holds advanced qualifications in ECD and has trained hundreds of practitioners.
